The module “Mental techniques for coping with stress and strengthening resilience” is divided into two parts, which can be attended independently of each other. Both modules are based on the seven central factors of resilience:
Acceptance, relationship, optimism, solution orientation, self-awareness, self-reflection and self-efficacy.
In this first of two modules, you will learn specific mental techniques to strengthen your resilience in relation to the following factors:
The module consists of short inputs on the techniques, interactive exercises and the exchange and case studies.
