Contents of the online module 3:

The module “Mental techniques for coping with stress and strengthening resilience” is divided into two parts, which can be attended independently of each other. Both modules are based on the seven central factors of resilience:

Acceptance, relationship, optimism, solution orientation, self-awareness, self-reflection and self-efficacy.

In this second of two modules, you will learn specific mental techniques to strengthen your resilience in relation to the following factors:

  • Solution orientation: look for the signs of the solution and not the problem.
  • Self-awareness: find peace through conscious contact with your own body.
  • Self-reflection: getting to know yourself better and individualizing your own values.
  • Self-efficacy expectation: placebo effect as an example of the strength of one’s own expectations, strength of visualization techniques, magic of regulating one’s own stress symptoms.

The module consists of short inputs on the techniques, interactive exercises and the exchange and case studies.
