In a working world characterized by time pressure, high demands and constant change, mental health is one of the most important resources. A decisive factor in this is our own thinking: personal attitudes, motives and evaluation patterns can increase stress – or effectively reduce it.
The training is based on Kaluza’ s mental stress management program and teaches methods for recognizing and questioning thoughts that exacerbate stress and transforming them into beneficial attitudes.
