The module provides personal health coaches with a selection of work organization and mental strategies for dealing effectively with professional and personal pressure of expectations. Participants deal with everyday stress factors and learn which parts of them are self-generated. There is a particular focus on time and priority management. Interventions and ideas are presented that can be used in coaching and in your own everyday working life. The aim is to suggest how coach and coachee can prevent ineffective working patterns and remain capable of acting even under pressure.
This online sequence combines compact theoretical input with practical examples, exchange sequences and suggestions for direct implementation.
