Contents of the online module 7:

Our corporate clients have an increasing need to teach their employees concrete methods that help them to deal with mental stress in everyday life.

That’s why we at SalutaCoach work with easy-to-use tools that are simple to understand and fit well into a busy working day. The aim is to explain in a simple way what effects the mental stress management methods have and how they can be used. In this module we will share with you the methods that we have found to work best with over 1,000 coaches.
