Body composition analysis (InBody)

• Carried out by a trained sports scientist & personal health coach
• Measurement of weight, segmental muscle and fat percentage in arms, legs and torso
• Analysis of body water, percentage body fat and basal metabolic rate
• 2-page evaluation document with standard values

Coaching

• Discussion and explanation of the results with a certified personal health coach
• Determination of position incl. goal setting
• Individual tips and tricks for optimizing body composition
• Possibility to continue the coaching (online)
