Quando il nostro corpo viene attaccato da virus, ad esempio, il sistema immunitario reagisce e scatena un&#8217;infiammazione. Non appena questo compito viene portato a termine, l&#8217;infiammazione si attenua. Ma cosa succede se l&#8217;infiammazione non si placa mai completamente e il nostro corpo \u00e8 costantemente alle prese con una piccola infiammazione? Si parla di <b>infiammazione cronica di basso grado<\/b> o <b>infiammazione silente<\/b>. Dopo 14 anni, abbiamo visto che  <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n  <b>Le persone con un valore elevato di CRP<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"> (oltre 2,11mg\/L) hanno un rischio <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n  <b>rischio tre volte superiore<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"> di subire un infarto rispetto alle persone con un valore basso (&lt;0,55mg\/L).<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb449d2 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb449d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il <b>valore della CRP<\/b> \u00e8 un parametro di laboratorio che fornisce <b>informazioni sull&#8217;infiammazione dell&#8217;organismo <\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>In passato <\/b>, la valutazione si limitava a stabilire se il valore della CRP fosse alto o basso per determinare se vi fosse un&#8217;infiammazione acuta nell&#8217;organismo. Di conseguenza, \u00e8 stato fissato un <b>valore limite di 10 mg\/L<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Oggi<\/b>, tuttavia, metodi di misurazione pi\u00f9 precisi consentono una differenziazione pi\u00f9 fine tra valori di CRP bassi e molto bassi. Secondo l&#8217;American Heart Association, <b>livelli inferiori a 1,0 mg\/L<\/b> sono gi\u00e0 <b>considerati fattori di rischio per le malattie cardiovascolari<\/b> [2].<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a46b305 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"a46b305\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac702ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ac702ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>L'infiammazione silenziosa come causa delle malattie croniche?<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6299688 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6299688\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">\u00c8 ormai noto che <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n  <b>infiammazione silenziosa<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"> non solo aumenta il <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n  <b>aumentare notevolmente il rischio di malattie cardiovascolari<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">ma anche <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">di malattie come l&#8217;obesit\u00e0, lo stress mentale, l&#8217;affaticamento, il diabete, l&#8217;osteoporosi<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">  e molti altri [3]. \u00c8 quindi di grande importanza,  <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><b>ridurre il pi\u00f9 possibile l&#8217;infiammazione nel nostro corpo<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">  o meglio, per dare costantemente al nostro corpo la possibilit\u00e0 di combattere l&#8217;infiammazione interna. Il grasso corporeo pu\u00f2 alimentare ulteriormente l&#8217;infiammazione e quindi rende pi\u00f9 difficile il controllo dell&#8217;infiammazione. \u00c8 quindi consigliabile esaminare attentamente la propria alimentazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oltre a un&#8217;<\/span><b>alimentazione equilibrata secondo la dieta mediterranea<\/b>, che si basa su verdure, prodotti integrali e latticini, \u00e8 necessario prestare <b>attenzione ai seguenti
