L&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva contiene <b>acidi grassi insaturi salutari<\/b>, ha un <b>effetto antinfiammatorio<\/b> ed \u00e8 stato dimostrato che <b>riduce il rischio di malattie cardiovascolari<\/b> (3). Questi acidi grassi non solo vengono immagazzinati come grasso nel nostro corpo, ma svolgono un ruolo cruciale per la salute dei nostri vasi sanguigni e possono aiutare a prevenire l&#8217;accumulo di placca e le ostruzioni (4).<\/p>\n<p>Alcuni studi hanno dimostrato che le persone che consumano <b>regolarmente<\/b> fino a <b>50 mg di olio d&#8217;oliva<\/b> <b>al giorno<\/b> <b>hanno livelli di infiammazione pi\u00f9 bassi<\/b> e godono di una migliore salute vascolare (5). Ogni attivit\u00e0 fisica fornisce al nostro corpo ossigeno ed energia. L&#8217;<b>esercizio fisico regolare consente al nostro cuore di pompare pi\u00f9 sangue nella circolazione<\/b>, il che porta a una <b>funzione cardiaca pi\u00f9 sana<\/b>. Questo perch\u00e9 l&#8217;esercizio fisico aumenta la frequenza cardiaca e porta alla contrazione (contrazione) e alla dilatazione (dilatazione) dei vasi sanguigni.<\/p>\n<p>Gli studi dimostrano che <b>300 minuti di attivit\u00e0 fisica moderata alla settimana<\/b> possono ridurre significativamente il rischio di malattie cardiovascolari. In situazioni di stress, il nostro cuore batte pi\u00f9 velocemente per fornire al nostro corpo pi\u00f9 energia e renderci pi\u00f9 efficienti (8). <b>Tuttavia, se lo stress persiste, pu\u00f2 portare a un aumento della pressione sanguigna e dell&#8217;infiammazione<\/b>, che aumenta il rischio di malattie cardiovascolari. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto al fatto che i vasi sanguigni rimangono contratti per lungo tempo in condizioni di stress costante. L&#8217;aumento della contrazione comporta una maggiore resistenza che il sangue deve superare, causando a sua volta un aumento della pressione sanguigna. Allo stesso tempo, <b>durante lo stress prolungato<\/b> vengono <b>rilasciate nell&#8217;organismo sostanze pro-infiammatorie<\/b>.
