Par exemple, lorsque notre corps est attaqu\u00e9 par des virus, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire r\u00e9agit et d\u00e9clenche une inflammation. Une fois cette t\u00e2che accomplie, l&rsquo;inflammation dispara\u00eet. Mais que se passe-t-il si l&rsquo;inflammation ne s&rsquo;att\u00e9nue jamais compl\u00e8tement et que notre corps doit constamment lutter contre une petite inflammation ? On parle alors d&rsquo;inflammation <b>chronique de bas grade<\/b> ou d&rsquo;<b>inflammation silencieuse<\/b>. Apr\u00e8s 14 ans, on a vu que  <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n  <b>les personnes ayant un taux de CRP \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"> (plus de 2.11mg\/L) ont un <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n  <b>trois fois plus de risques<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"> avaient plus de risques de souffrir d&rsquo;un infarctus du myocarde que les personnes ayant un taux bas (&lt;0,55mg\/L).<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb449d2 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb449d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La <b>CRP<\/b> est un param\u00e8tre de laboratoire qui donne <b>des informations sur les inflammations dans le corps <\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Auparavant <\/b>, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation se limitait \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si le taux de CRP \u00e9tait \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou faible, afin de d\u00e9terminer s&rsquo;il y avait une inflammation aigu\u00eb dans le corps. En cons\u00e9quence, une <b>valeur limite de 10 mg\/L<\/b> a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, des m\u00e9thodes de mesure plus pr\u00e9cises permettent <b>aujourd&rsquo;hui<\/b> de diff\u00e9rencier plus finement les taux de CRP faibles et tr\u00e8s faibles. Il est donc d&rsquo;une grande importance,  <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><b>r\u00e9duire autant que possible les inflammations dans notre corps<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">  ou plut\u00f4t de donner en permanence \u00e0 notre corps la possibilit\u00e9 de lutter contre l&rsquo;inflammation interne. Comme le montre le graphique, ce sont surtout diff\u00e9rents facteurs environnementaux et de mode de vie qui entra\u00eenent des inflammations silencieuses. r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en<\/b>, bas\u00e9e sur les l\u00e9gumes, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes et les produits laitiers, il faut \u00e9galement <b>veiller aux points suivants
