Dans les situations de stress, notre c\u0153ur bat plus vite pour fournir plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 notre corps et nous rendre plus performants (8). <b>Mais si le stress persiste, il peut entra\u00eener une augmentation de la pression art\u00e9rielle et des inflammations<\/b>, ce qui augmente le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires. En effet, en cas de stress permanent, les vaisseaux sanguins restent longtemps contract\u00e9s. Cette contraction accrue entra\u00eene une augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance que le sang doit surmonter, ce qui entra\u00eene \u00e0 son tour une augmentation de la pression art\u00e9rielle. Parall\u00e8lement, un <b>stress prolong\u00e9 lib\u00e8re des substances pro-inflammatoires dans le corps<\/b>.
