Both modules are based on the seven central factors of resilience: <\/p>\n<p>Acceptance, relationship, optimism, solution orientation, self-awareness, self-reflection and self-efficacy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this first of two modules, you will learn specific mental techniques to strengthen your resilience in relation to the following factors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Acceptance<\/strong>: the role of resistance and hormones<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relationship<\/strong>: Staying connected in everyday life, cultivating appreciation on a small scale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimism<\/strong>: Nature or nurture, Seligman&#8217;s experiment on learned helplessness, meaning and shaping our selective perception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The module consists of short inputs on the techniques, interactive exercises and the exchange and case studies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The input from Silvia Gasparini lasts 90 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Speaker:  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Silvia Mancini Gasparini<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psychologist lic.phil.
